Customer Service & Delivery
Every piece of De Jonge Jewellery is lovingly crafted by hand. As a result, if you are ordering from within Australia, approximately 14 days are required to create and deliver your jewellery. If you are ordering from outside of Australia this will take an additional week or two. You will be contacted when your order has been placed so that you know it has been received.
For orders within Australia, if you require your jewellery any earlier than the 14 day timeframe please contact Emma as this can usually be arranged.
As part of the De Jonge Jewellery service, postage is free for any destination within Australia. For international orders with a destination outside of Australia, a $25.00 postage fee will be charged.
All De Jonge Jewellery items are mailed via registered post. This may require you to sign for the package when it is delivered or when collecting it from your local post office.
Alterations and Cancellations
If you have had a change of heart and wish to alter or cancel your order this can be easily arranged. For further information please contact us.
If you need an alteration to your piece of jewellery, this is free of charge within 6 months of purchase. If your alteration requirement is outside of the 6 month time-frame, Emma charges $80.00 per hour for any alterations, so please contact her for a quote on email@example.com
